HOW DO I ORDER PAPER?

We have created a Cost Plus Processing APP that is free of download in the APP store. You can order paper at the click of a button by clicking supplies, or you can call in and leave a message on our supply line.

 

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY PAPER?

During the business week all paper orders will be sent out within 24-48 hours.

 

WHO IS PRIORITY PAYMENT SYSTEMS?

To assure that you have the best service available, we’ve partnered up with Priority Payment Systems to help aid and secure your processing customer service needs.  We have learned that when it comes to service, it is better to have two “professionals” looking out for you than just one.   We want to make this relationship a marriage from heaven so that you never have to switch processors again. 

 

MY TERMINAL IS DOWN, WHAT DO I DO? HOW DO I PROCESS PAYMENTS?

Don’t panic! While we attempt to fix any terminal issues, we have made sure to have a back up system to process payment in place. MX is accessible through and smart phone or PC. If you have your mx merchant login, simply login and use the quick pay tab, and process a payment as normal. If you don’t know your login, please call into our office, and we will be happy to assist you.

 

WHAT IS PCI COMPLAINCE?

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that ALL companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.All business that store, process or transmit payment cardholder data must be PCI Compliant. You are required to resubmit for compliance once a year.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND MY STATEMENTS?

Once logged into MX portal. Please click on the reports tab- Then Statements. All statements are acessible from the month you began processing with us. https://mxmerchant.com/mx6/login

 

WHAT IS THIS ANNUAL FEE?

Your annual fee is once a year, this is in your contract under the pricing page which locks in your wholesale pricing. 

 

HOW LONG IS MY CONTRACT?

Cost Plus wants nothing more than a lifetime commitment from your business, but all contracts are legally bind at 3 years, and auto renews for 1 year after the 3 years up.

 

WHAT IS THIS $9.99 FEE ON MY ACCOUNT?

The $9.99 is a supply and warranty fee for your loaner terminal. The supplies include all your paper and shipping at no additional cost outside of the $9.99.

 

WHAT IS THIS $99 FEE?

Congratulations! That means your application was approved, and we are at the beginning stages of becoming lifelong partners. This is a one time fee, and you will not see it again.

 

WHAT IS YOUR PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE?

We have a price match guarantee, meaning we will always meet or beat any competitors that think they can shop your rates lower than we already have you. If not, we will pay for you to switch!
